Neither AsI nor A contains the flats restoring B
-b on the penultimate semiquaver in the bar. Due to the analogy with bar 240, it must be Chopin's oversight. The accidental (one was enough, since the octaves were written down in an abridged manner) was added by GE (→FE,EE,FESB). See also bar 244.
