  b. 35-36

A includes the following accidentals in these bars (in numerical order):

  • R.H. a  to b, a  to b2, a  to a3 | flats to a-a1, two  to b1, on the 4th and 9th semiquavers;
  • L.H. flats to A1-A and a1-a2, a  to b1 | a  to A, a  to B, a  to A.

Before the 1st chord in b. 35, there are visible traces of removal (erasure) of an accidental – it was most probably a cautionary  to d1.

In GE1 (→GE2) the following were also added:

  • R.H. a  to d1 (cautionary), a  to b3, a  to a2, a  to b1 | a  to b; the unnecessary  to b1 was removed in the 2nd half of the bar;
  • L.H. naturals to b (3rd beat) and B-b | a  to A1, a  to B1, a  to A1.

In later editions the version of GE1 (→GE2) was supplemented with the following (all additions in b. 35):

  • in FE1 to b2 on the 4th semiquaver;
  • in EE to a on the 4th semiquaver and flats to a1-a2 on the 4th beat of the bar;
  • in GE3 flats to a1-a2 and naturals to b-b1 on the 4th beat of the bar in the R.H. and flats to a-a1 and A-a in the L.H.
