In GE1, in the version with 4 flats in the key signature, there is no 
lowering G to G
. It is most probably an oversight by the engraver of this edition, although it cannot be ruled out that the accidental in FE1 was added only just in the last stage of proofreading. The flat was added in GE2 (→GE3).
