There is no cautionary  to f2 before the 1st R.H. quaver in FE (→EE1) and GE. In this context it is a patent inaccuracy (probably by Chopin) – two cautionary accidentals are present in all sources both 2 bars further and in the first phrase of this section, in b. 131, 133 and 135. The accidental was added in EE2 (→EE3).
Moreover, in FE (→EE1) there is no  raising d2 to d2. The mistake was corrected in EE2 (→EE3).
