Op. 28 No. 19, Prelude in E♭ major
In A (→FC,FE), there are no naturals raising b to b in b. 3 and 11. The accidentals were added in GE and EE.
In similar contexts – notes separated by an octave – Chopin would generally put accidentals only next to the first note in this Prelude – cf. the notes in b. 13, 14-15, 17-20, 21, 23, 25-28, 29, 30, 31, 35 and 44. In b. 13 and 29, he would even cross out the necessary accidentals, taking into account previous alterations an octave higher or lower. A similar phenomenon is to be found in some other Preludes – cf., e.g. the Prelude No. 8 in F Minor, b. 1-4.
