In A1 the L.H. part is marked in an abridged manner as a repetition of the preceding bar (•/•). Chopin used an abbreviation also in [A2] (→CJ,CK), yet the notation is inaccurate – two / marks interpreted literally mean a double repetition of the last figure in the preceding bar.
