The shorter pedal of AF is the original version, left here most probably by inadvertence (b. 103 opens the page) – in analogous b. 11-12 Chopin changed this pedalling in AF to the one featured here in GE.
In FE (→EE) the 
mark was placed slightly earlier, which is irrelevant in this case.
