The beginning of the slur in EE is placed inaccurately; therefore, it is uncertain whether the slur begins from the 1st or 2nd note of b. 58. We adopt the version compliant with the Stichvorlage (FE) and with the analogous passage a line above. In GE2 (→GE3) the slur begins already from the minim in b. 57, just like 8 bars before.

According to us, the  mark in A (→FE→EE) is placed inaccurately: this four-bar section appears four times in total, and in the three remaining appearances the pedal release is marked at the beginning of the bar (b. 52, 184 and 192). Therefore, in the main text we give the mark written in FC (→GE), which was most probably also added by Chopin.
