The missing staccato dot is an oversight of the engravers of FE and GE. It was only GE3 that noticed the mark in FC.

GE1 has erroneously e1 as the last crotchet in b. 424. The mistake was corrected in GE2 (→GE3) by replacing it with a tied c1.

The lack of a tie to c1 in GE1 is undoubtedly an error resulting presumably from an inaccuracy in FC which has this tie only in b. 426 (on a new staff). The tie was added in GE2 (→GE3). See also b. 424-425.
