The crossings-out in A prove that Chopin initially wrote here an octave, like in analogous bars. This explains to a certain extent the two-part notation of the E-d seventh in the next bar. It could have influenced the perception of the engraver of GE1 of this place, both in terms of the ties in b. 274-275 and the top note of the L.H. part in the discussed bar. However, neither a common mistake nor, which is least likely, a revision unifying the text with the version of b. 294 can be ruled out. The correct text was restored in GE2 (→GE3).
