The missing 
mark in FE must be considered an inaccuracy, since due to the harmonic change on the 3rd beat of the bar, one cannot repeat here the whole-bar pedalling from the two previous bars. Both GE and EE failed to notice this subtlety: in both cases a mark was added at the end of the bar. In the main text we suggest releasing the pedal before the 3rd beat of the bar, as indicated by Chopin in analogous b. 42.
