The slurs at the transition between these bars in A are vague – the slur in bar 205, although it does not go beyond the bar line, clearly suggests continuation, but the slur in bar 206 (on a new page) begins from the 1st note. GE1 (→FE→EE) interpreted it literally, as two slurs. See also the note on the slurs in the L.H.
