The missing tie of g is certainly a mistake of GE1, corrected both in FE – perhaps by Chopin – and GE2.
In GE1 the b-c1 slur is also written inaccurately – there is no ending thereof in bar 242, opening a new line.

In FE the last chord has a quaver stem. The absence of rest, required if the chord was shortened, proves that it is a mistake, probably stemming from a misunderstanding at the time of implementing extensive proofreading of pitch and rhythmic values in bars 243-244.

The tie of g was not marked by Chopin in any authentic source. If we take into account a similar phrase 4 bars further, one can assume Chopin's oversight. However, since bars 245 and 249 differ in the context in which the g is played, in the main text we leave the version of A.
