FE has an erroneous finstead of epresent in A (→GE) as the 3rd note of the passage in the L.H. The patent mistake was rectified in EE.

b. 75-76

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt III

No marks in A (→GE1→FE)

1 staccato dot in EE

4 dots in GE2

2 dots suggested by the editors

..

In this context, separate staccato dots for the L.H. are not indispensable, hence the notation of A (→GE1FE) may be deemed complete. However, a very similar phrase appeared 8 bars earlier, and the notation of A included more elements – ending of the slur embracing the quaver passage, two dots in the L.H. in bar 67 and a slur under the trill. It suggests that they could have been accidentally overlooked in the discussed place. Due to this reason, in the main text we suggest adding dots under the crotchets in bar 75. EE added a dot under G in bar 76 (after the part of the R.H.), whereas GE2 doubled all four dots.

b. 81

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt III

leggieramente in A & GE2

leggiermente in GE1

leggieremente in FE

leggiero in EE

..

The form of this adverb used by Chopin had already been archaic in his time. Therefore, in the main text we accept the correction introduced in GE1. The form used in FE is erroneous, whereas in EE the adverb was replaced with an adjective. Curiously, GE2 reinstated the incorrect A form.
Similarly in bar 317.
NB. The contemporary Italian orthography approves of leggeroleggeremente only, without 'i'. However, the older orthography is traditionally used in music markings and is not deemed erroneous.

b. 90-92

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt III

Long accents in A (→GE)

Long accent in bar 92 in FE

Short accents in EE

..

In FE, the accent in bar 90 was overlooked, which is undoubtedly a mistake. The sign was added in EE, probably by analogy with identical bar 92. Same as in all subsequent, similar bars, EE has short accents (cf. notes in bars 98-103106-108 and 114-116).
