A does not have a  lowering d3 to din the last triplet. The sign was added already in GE1 (→FEEE, →GE2). In turn, all sources include a cautionary  before the previous quaver, e3. In the entire final section, written with one flat in the key signature, Chopin wrote in A a number of totally unjustified naturals before e notes (e.g. in bars 413, 415, 428 or 453); however, in this case he might have wanted to warn the performer of using an edelay, resulting in a melodic phrase often found at the top of a figuration based on a diminished four-note chord, e.g. in the 1st mov., bars 99-100 or 140 (288), in the 2nd mov., bar 28 (77) as well as in the Ballade in G minor, op. 23, bars 45 and 47.
