Fingering digits written into FED

No teaching fingering

Digits under arc suggested by the editors

The digits written in FED certainly mark the fingering of the entire trill, hence in the main text we add a little slur above them, generally used in such situations, also by Chopin. It is possible that the sign added under the digits, resembling a tr abbreviation, includes a similar suggestion, yet it is difficult to decipher.
