b. 252

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt I

 in A

No sign in GE (→FEEE)

..

The missing  in the editions certainly do not correspond with Chopin's intention. The engraver of GE1 may have considered that it would be impossible to reproduce the sign written on notes in A in print.

b. 255

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt I

 from 1st third in A

 in GE1

 in FE (→EE)

 in GE2

..

All minor differences in the range of this sign appearing in the editions are certainly of random nature. In this case, the sign certainly means a "very long" accent, hence shifts both in GE1 and GE2 distorted its sense.

b. 258

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt I

Accent in A (→GE)

No mark in FE (→EE)

..

The missing accent is a mistake of the engraver of FE (→EE).

b. 259-260

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt I

No markings in sources

Accents & slurs suggested by the editors

..

In the sources the only performance marking in these bars is a  hairpin. The later additions of slurs in the proofreading of GE1 (the L.H.) and FE1 (the R.H.) prove that it is an inaccuracy, which Chopin himself tried to correct (although randomly). Therefore, in the main text we suggest adding accents and slurs after bars 257-258.

b. 261

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt I

Accent in A & GE2

No mark in GE1 (→FEEE)

The missing accent is certainly an oversight of the engraver of GE1 (→FEEE).
