In A there are no cautionary flats before B and d. The signs were added already in GE1 (→FE→EE, →GE2), probably together with a in the previous bar. Chopin's participation in this proofreading cannot be excluded, yet leaving an uncorrected mistake in the last two chords in the bar seems to indicate rather actions of the reviser, checking the correctness of the chromatic notation.
