Staccato dots in GE, EE3

No signs in FE (→EE1EE2)

The lack of staccato dots in FE (→EE1-EE2) is probably due to an oversight as in bar 71. EE3 supplemented the signs supposedly after the GE version and the markings in bars 67-68.
