Pedalling in AI

No markings in A (→FEGE,EE)

In AI the pedalling is still marked in these bars, however, it concerns another version of the L.H. – cf. bars 21-24 and the adjacent note. Due to this reason, we do not suggest it in the main text, even in a variant form. On the other hand, the version of the accompaniment, used here in A (→FEGE,EE), was provided with pedalling by Chopin in bars 21-24, so the absence of indications does not mean prohibition of the use of pedal, but rather the absence of the necessity of its use.
