The missing slur in the L.H. in GE is most probably a result of an inaccuracy of the engraver of FE, who overlooked this sign (A is poorly legible in this place due to deletions). In the last proofreading of FE (→EE), the slur was added, probably by Chopin.

FE (→GE1Ab,EE) overlooked the pedal change on the 3rd beat of the bar. In all GE of the entire opus the pedalling was generally overlooked in this bar. In GE2Ab the mistake of FE was partially corrected, by moving the  sign under the last chord.
