Accent suggested by the editors

At the return of the main theme (bars 109-140), Chopin provided the last crotchet of the bars opening new phrases with an accent, in every place where they were written out. Therefore, it seems to be highly likely that the accent is to be applied also here and that its absence is an oversight of Chopin, resulting from the use of the brief notation of certain fragments.
