- Fingering of FES – in the upbeat and in bars 1, 2-3, 3, 8, 13-14, 16, 18, 27, 28, 35, 43, 54, 65 and 68.
- Fingering of FED – in bars 3, 7, 8, 16, 18, 35, 37-38, 39, 43, 45, 46, 63, 64 and 65,
