b. 75

composition: Op. 26 No 1, Polonaise in C♯ minor

Triad g-a-e1 in A (→FEGE1,EE)

Sixth g-e1 in GE2 (→GE3GE4GE5)

..

In analogous bar 43 Chopin deleted a in the 3rd quaver in the L.H. in the proofreading of FE1. Therefore the absence of a respective correction in bar 75 is most probably an inadvertence by the engraver or Chopin. The revisers of GE2 (→GE3GE4GE5) most probably rightly deleted this note, having compared the analogous bars.
Starting with GE3 a flat reinstating g was erroneously replaced by .

b. 76

composition: Op. 26 No 1, Polonaise in C♯ minor

gin chord in A (→FE1)

g2 in FE2 (→EE) & GE

..

Same as in bar 44, the  raising g2 to g2 was moved from before the 2nd quaver in front of the first one in the proofreading of FE2 (→EE), most probably by Chopin. The sign was moved also in GE1, which is most probably a right revision of the editor (in the subsequent GE, the  before the 2nd quaver was unnecessarily returned).
