compare
  b. 24-26

The entries visible in FES might have the following meaning:

  • the line in bar 24 may be the deletion of the note b flat in the last chord,
  • the entry in bars 25-26 may be an accent stressing the note b flat in the 1st chord of bar 26.

This is, however, pure guesswork.
