The entire third page of EE, including bars 47-65, displays numerous deficiencies and inaccuracies in slurring and dynamic markings. The slurs were omitted in bars 47-50 (both staves), 51-53 (the upper stave), 54, 56 and 62 (the lower stave). Quite a few dynamic hairpins were omitted too. A significant number of the omitted and misrepresented signs presumably reveals the engraver's inadvertence (haste?) in this fragment of Ballade.
In bars 47-49, the slurs in the L.H. part were also omitted – probably by accident – in GC. In GE the version of GC was completed with a slur in bar 48.
