Arpeggio sign in GC (→GE)

Our variant suggestion

The arpeggio, in the form of a vertical slur, was added in GC (→GE). The likely addition of this sign by Chopin is indicated by its shape, typical for Chopin mature notation, yet clearly different from the standard wavy lines written by the copyist (e.g. in bar 95). It should be added, however, that the notation of this sign is consistent neither in A nor in GC. In the main text we leave the inclusion of arpeggio at the discretion of the performer.
