b. 26-32

composition: Op. 10 No 11, Etude in E♭ major

No arpeggio signs in A

Arpeggio signs in FE

GE & EE

..

From the 2nd quaver in bar 26 in the R.H. and from the 3rd quaver in bar 27 in the L.H. there are no arpeggio marks in A until the end of bar 32. It is undoubtedly a result of Chopin's distraction. The wavy lines were added in a proofing of FE (→GE,EE), yet in FE the 1st chord in bar 29 was omitted.

b. 27-29

composition: Op. 10 No 11, Etude in E♭ major

..

In bars 27 and 29 there are no cautionary accidentals in A. The flat before e1 in bar 27 was added in FE (→GE,EE) and the one before a1 – in GE2 (→GE3GE4) in both bars and in EE4 in bar 29.

b. 30

composition: Op. 10 No 11, Etude in E♭ major

f1 in A (→FEGE)

f1 in EE

..

The change of f1 to f1 is an arbitrary revision of EE, whose aim was probably to unify the progression of the tenor voice in bars 29-31. Cf. bar 25.

b. 31

composition: Op. 10 No 11, Etude in E♭ major

..

In the 1st chord in A (→FE1GE1,EE3) there is no cautionary  before g2, although a relevant accidental is written in the L.H. The sign was added in FE2, as well as in GE2 (→GE3GE4) and EE4.

A cautionary  was added before fin the 5th chord in FE1 (→FE2,GE,EE). In addition, in FE1 a  raising B to was added, certainly by mistake. The latter was removed in FE2, GE and EE.

b. 32

composition: Op. 10 No 11, Etude in E♭ major

..

The cautionary  before e1 in the 1st chord in the L.H. was added in GE and EE. In GE there is also a  before B in this chord. It is certainly a remainder of the natural introducing in the previous bar – the reviser of GE1 first added a cautionary  in bar 32 and only then did he notice that the erroneous  in bar 31 should be removed.
