In both bars Chopin changed the bottom notes of the chords on the 3rd quaver in a proofreading of FE (→GE,EE). He introduced similar changes in many other places both in A and proofreading of FE—cf. bars 17-21.

In A there are no flats lowering d2-d3 to d2-d3 in bar 38. The mistake was corrected in GE and EE. In bar 37 in FE was overlooked before the lower note of the 4th chord, which was also corrected in GE and EE.
