Slur in EE

The accidental nature of the slur's oversight in A (→FEGE) is undeniable. We add the slur after EE.

Fingering in EE

In the main text we give the fingering added by Chopin at the time of proofreading FE (→GE). This time Chopin wrote more digits than in analogous bar 15. We do not include detailed additions by Fontana in EE.

In A (→FEEE3) there is neither the  raising B to B nor the  lowering d1 to d1. These patent oversights were completed in GE and EE4

We do not include the fingering added by Fontana in EE. It generally does not differ from the fingering based on the one by Chopin added by Fontana in analogous bars 17-19.

Our suggestion

..

In the main text we separate the c2 note from the chord, as in this case Chopin's simplified notation may be unclear, e.g., considered to be erroneous, as it probably occurred in EE3.
