In A (→FE) there is no 
lowering d2 to d2 in the 1st chord. A relevant accidental is also absent before the topmost note in the L.H. In GE and EE the flats were added, yet in EE3 only the one in the L.H. In the main text we remove the unnecessary before d in the 2nd half of the bar, which appears in the sources.
