In CLI all octaves in bars 4-11 (and many subsequent ones) are briefly written with the use of the 8 digit under the upper notes. In FE the notation was used only in the case of the quavers in bar 5 and the entire bar 6 (originally probably also in bars 7-8 and subsequent ones), while in GE1 of bars 6-8.
