  b. 21-22

The sources display a number of inaccuracies in the notation of accidentals. However, they do not pose problems in establishing the correct text. Reminding signs appear as well, according to us, unnecessarily. We discuss the 2nd half of bar 22 in a separate entry due to the enharmonic difference in the notation of the 10th semiquaver. In the table below a list of differences in particular sources has been presented (presence or lack of a necessary sign is marked with ++ or ––; presence or lack of a reminding sign with + or –):

  bar 21 bar 22
   c2  e2  f2  g2  e2  c2  e2
CLI –– –– –– ––
FEcor –– –– ++ ––
Ap,FE,EE2-3 ++ ++ ++ ++
GE1 ++ –– ++ ++
GE2-3 ++ + + ++ ++ ++ +
EE4 ++ ++ ++ ++ +
GE4-5 ++ + ++ ++ ++

 c2 concerns the lower voice on the 2nd beat of both bars,
 e2 concerns respectively the 5th and 16th notes in bar 21 and the 5th note in bar 22.
