Considering the indication crescendo in bars 63-66, various placement of the 
mark in FE and GE must be considered as relevant. Not being sure whether the place of the sign in GE really follows the notation of the autograph, in the main text we move between the stave (it does not change its operating area). In EE2 the indications of FE (→EE1) and GE were compilated.
