b. 80-84

composition: Op. 24 No. 4, Mazurka in B♭ minor

 in A

 in GE (→FEEE)

..

The asterisks  in bars 80 and 84 are written in A before the 3rd crotchet of the L.H. This corresponds with the crotchet of the R.H. (and not with the minim, as in bar 78 and analog.) on the 2nd beat of the bar. In GE (→FEEE) the asterisks were placed under the 3rd crotchet. Cf. bars 64, 68 and 72.

b. 80

composition: Op. 24 No. 4, Mazurka in B♭ minor

..

In GE2 (→GE3), a staccato dot was added under the quaver f1Having compared the markings in analogous bars of the entire section (covering bars 61-88) we see no justification for that addition.

b. 80

composition: Op. 24 No. 4, Mazurka in B♭ minor

Without a dot in A (→GE1FEEE)

..

In GE2 (→GE3), a staccato dot was added under D flat. Having compared the markings in analogous bars of the entire section (bars 61-91), we do not see any justification for that addition.

b. 81-82

composition: Op. 24 No. 4, Mazurka in B♭ minor

No dots in A (→GE1FEEE)

Dots in GE2 (→GE3)

..

In GE2 (→GE3) staccato dots were added for bass notes G flat. We find this addition insufficiently justified.
