No extra slur in GE (→FE→EE)

The extra slurs under the triplets in bars 77 and 81  in A  were omitted in GE(→FE→EE). In the context, those slurs are just part of the triplet markings and we do not take them into consideration (cf. General Editorial Principles, point 16).
