The accidental before the last crotchet of the left hand is placed inaccurately in A – in fact, it sems to refer to the non-existent a flat, possibly b flat. Were we to assume that the intended note is b, which appears in an analogous place of the phrase eight bars further, we should conclude that a natural raising g flat to g is missing. Still, it needs to be clearly stated that the harmonic analogy between bars 8 and 16 is incomplete due to the leading of the voices and differences in the arrangement of the chords.
