b. 142

..

In addition to the cautionary  to a2 written by Chopin, GE (→FE,EE,IE) put another one, to a, which we include also in the main text.

Crotchet f1 in A

No note in GE (→FE,EE,IE)

..

The omission of the f1 crotchet at the end of the bar could be related to its position. In A this note is on the top stave (the other L.H.-part notes are on the bottom one), between the last notes in the R.H. part, which could have confused the engraver.

b. 146-147

composition: (Op. 4), Sonata in C minor, Mvt IV

..

In each of these bars, A does not contain accidentals to the last L.H. chord. Chopin also omitted the  to the last quaver in bar 147. All these inaccuracies were corrected in GE (→FE,IE), while in EE the accidentals are only in bar 147.

b. 148-149

composition: (Op. 4), Sonata in C minor, Mvt IV

..

In A a few accidentals are missing to the notes that were already altered in other octaves – the flats to g1g2g in bar 148 and the naturals to A and a1 in bar 149. The accidentals were added in GE (→FE,EE,IE).
In the main text we omit the  to A at the beginning of bar 149, present in all sources. GE (→FE,EE,IE) also added a  to a.

g1(2) & g2 in sources

g1(2) & g2 suggested by the editors

..

The absence of the flats lowering g2(1) to g2(1) at the beginning of the 2nd half of the bar (or at least one of them, as Chopin would often settle for one accidental for a few notes of the same name placed in different octaves) is almost certainly Chopin's mistake. This is indicated by the comparison with bar 146, of which the discussed bar is a variational repetition, and in which g notes are certainly absent. At the same time, this is not a temporary coincidence, since the entire four-bar section (bars 150-153) is, harmonically speaking, a repetition of bars 146-149, kept in the key of E minor.
