a in A, literal reading

a in A (contextual interpretation→GE→FE,EE,IE)

The missing  raising a to a is almost certainly Chopin's oversight – in the entire A accidentals are generally valid in all octaves (cf. bar 10 and dozens of examples in mov. I and IV). The accidental was added in GE (→FE,EE,IE).
