No extra slur in A (→GE)

Extra slur in FE (→EE)

The additional slur in FE (→EE) is part of an irregular group marking. Chopin would generally insert such slurs along with a digit determining the number of notes in such a group (e.g. in a similar context in bar 98 in A); however, he would often omit them or included in longer phrase marks. In this case the slur must have been added to [FC] or FE1, yet it seems highly unlikely that it could have been done by Chopin.
