EE has the f1 note on the penultimate quaver in the R.H. Due to the fact that A, FE and EE1 are lacking the accidentals returning f2 i e2 before the 10th and 12th quavers, it seems that the fact of adding the  can be attributed to the reviser of EE1 who was misled by f2 on the 10th note of the bar, which had not been cancelled. The sign was not deleted in EE2.
