D-E in EE

G1-C in GC (→GE) & FE

..

In EE the first two quavers - D-E - judging by the identical notation of the other sources are erroneously written. It needs to be said as well that there is an error in the notation of the second quaver of the bar in GC that may mislead a reader as it is E written out with a ledger line.

Pedalling in EE

No markings in GC (→GE)

Pedalling in FE

Our suggestion

..

None of the sources provides correct pedalling in these bars. No  in EE (b. 632) and FE (b. 634) may only slightly mislead the performer as in both sources the moment of releasing (changing) pedals is marked with  (accordingly in bars 633 and 635). In GC (→GE) there is no pedalling until the end of the piece, which most certainly can be classified as the copyist's omission (in two last lines of the text 259-266 i 548-553).

Pedalling in EE

No markings in GC (→GE)

Pedalling in FE

..

In the main text we provide the FE pedalling, most probably the latest, and according to us more justified when it comes to dynamics (Chopin rarely marked changes in pedalling every strike of a note). Pedallling markings in GC (→GE) must have been overlooked.
