b. 233

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt I

d in A (→GE), EE & FES

f in FE

..

The logic of the figuration's structure and a comparison with analogous bar 235 point to a Terzverschreibung error of FE. The conclusion finds confirmation in a correction of this note performed in pencil – perhaps with Chopin's hand – in FES.

b. 236

composition: Op. 35, Sonata in B♭ minor, Mvt I

a1 in chord in GC (→GE1)

f1 in FE (→EE) & GE2

..

The version of GC (→GE1) is certainly erroneous – the double stroke of the same note (a1) by the L.H., unjustified by the voice leading, does not make any sense, as far as the piano technique is concerned. It is worth observing that the copyist initially wrote a chord within the correct, one octave, span, yet with a double Terzverschreibung error – a-c1-e1-a1. He then corrected it, yet only partially.

b. 238

composition: Op. 49, Fantaisie in F minor

..

In FE1 there is an f-a1 tenth instead of the f-f1 octave, which is a mistake.

b. 243

composition: Op. 21, Concerto in F minor, Mvt I

..

FE1 has an erroneous cinstead of an eas the 5th semiquaver. The mistake was corrected in FE2 (→EE).

b. 245

composition: Op. 39, Scherzo in C♯ minor

d2-b1 w EE & GC (→GE)

b1-g1 in FE ('harmonic' interpretation)

..

The version of FE, with an added  heightening
g1 to g1, could be possible from the harmonic point of view. Still, the pianistic complication that finds no justification in sound terms plus the consistent version of all the remaining sources and the analogous bar 253 strongly indicate that we a re dealing here with the "Terzverschreibung" error.
