In the entire passage, in A there is only one  lowering g to g – to the 7th demisemiquaver (g3). In the editions, the remaining necessary flats were added, taking into consideration the convention allowing for the omission of a  to g2.

In A the last demisemiquaver is an F1 note, as a result of which, when interpreted literally, the minim ending the passage is also an F1 note. Chopin's patent mistake was corrected in GE (→FE,EE). Such a blatant error could have been corrected by the reviser, which, in this case, does not diminish the value of the correction.
