b. 295
In bars 295-301 (and previously in bar 293) Chopin added a number of articulatory and dynamic markings and fingerings in #ApI:
- hairpin in bars 293, 295 and 301,
- pairs of hairpins in bars 298-300,
- verbal indications, staccato in bar 295 and legato in bar 296,
- R.H. slurs in bars 296, 297-298,
- L.H. slur in bar 296,
- wedges in bars 296, 297-298,
- fingering in bars 298-301.
Most of them were then used in A, sometimes in a modified form, but Chopin omitted some ( in bar 293) or replaced them with clearly different ones (legato and R.H. slur in bar 296).
Among the pencil annotations in these bars there is also a correction of the note pitch – the last semiquaver on the 2nd beat has been changed from c3 to d3.
