Notation in A (→FC)

FE (→EE) & GE2 (→GE3)

GE1

In the main text we reproduce the rhythmic notation of A (→FC). The versions of the remaining sources result from an inaccurate (FE) or unskillful (GE1) reproduction thereof; in the case of GE2, it was a result of revision, probably modelled after the text of FE – see the note in the next bar.
