b. 67
|
composition: Op. 50 No. 1, Mazurka in G major
..
Just like in the previous, analogous places, in the main text we give the slur of GE1, based on [A2]. In GE2 this bar opens a new page and the beginning of the slur was moved over the 1st quaver so that it would not continue the previous one (simplified, erroneous revision – see b. 65-66). category imprint: Differences between sources issues: Errors in GE , GE revisions |

b. 78
|
composition: Op. 50 No. 1, Mazurka in G major
..
The quavers in the L.H. top voice might be a mistake of GE, since due to the parallel movement, the voices are not independent. In the entire Mazurka a similar combination of L.H. quavers with R.H. dotted rhythm appears only twice, in b. 47 and 54. In both cases the voices co-create the polyphonising texture and are clearly independent. category imprint: Differences between sources issues: Errors in GE , Dotted or even rhythm |

b. 89-93
|
composition: Op. 50 No. 1, Mazurka in G major
..
In the main text we include the staccato dot present in GE1 at the beginning of b. 89 and 93. Such an articulation – a dot and a slur – refers to the original version of this motif in b. 1 and analog. The absence of the dot in b. 89 must be an oversight of the engraver of GE2. category imprint: Differences between sources issues: Errors in GE |

b. 103
|
composition: Op. 50 No. 1, Mazurka in G major
..
In the main text we include the staccato dots in the parts of both hands after GE1. The missing marks in GE2 must be an oversight. category imprint: Differences between sources; Corrections & alterations issues: Errors in GE |
