The tie of c2, probably overlooked in A (→FC→GE1) in b. 211-212 (the discussed bars are a repetition thereof), was added by Chopin in the proofreading of FE (→EE) as well as – probably by analogy with b. 79-80 – in GE2 (→GE3).
