In b. 494 and 496 Chopin crossed out the sharps before c2 in A. In fact, they are not necessary, yet in the main text we add them as cautionary accidentals. They were also added in GE2 (→GE3). In a few other places one can see that the composer inserted accidentals as if the key signature corresponded to the G minor key. He then crossed out some of them and left some others, perhaps on purpose as cautionary accidentals: cf. b. 492, 497, 500-504 and 501-503.
