b. 47

composition: Op. 11, Concerto in E minor, Mvt II

No marks in FE (→GE,EE)

Tenuto dashes in FED

..

The tenuto dashes added in FED emphasise the split of the melody into 2 voices – cf. the notation of analogous bar 96. Chopin would use this mark only occasionally, e.g. in the Concerto in F minor, op. 21, the 2nd mov., bar 18.

Wedge in FE

No mark in GE & EE

..

The missing wedge in EE and GE must result from an unfortunate placement of the mark in FE between the dots indicating the range of the octave sign.

b. 55

composition: Op. 11, Concerto in E minor, Mvt II

 in FE (→EE)

No sign in GE

..

The missing  in GE may be explained by an oversight of the engraver of GE or, alternatively, by the fact of adding the mark in the last phase of proofreading of FE.
